FILLING:
This quilt is filled with 90% down e 10% small feathers.
Down is one of the finest part of the plumage able to guarantees extreme lightness, insulation and comfort: that is why all the products filled with high percentage of down, like this quilt, offer an high level of warmth despite their lightness.
We select and process the plumage at our plants, located in Italy in accordance with the strictest quality standards. The filling is sterilized at high temperature to ensure the removal of bacteria, dust, fats and other residue, to obtain a fully hypoallergenic product.
FABRIC:
For these quits we use only first choice fabrics originating exclusively from Europe.
This quilt in particular is made with jacquard fabric.
In jacquard fabric, the pattern and colors are incorporated into the weave instead of being printed or dyed onto the surface of the fabric, making possible to create very complex pattern characterized by great depth. Other than for its ornamental properties, jacquard is also appreciated for their durable, in fact, it tend to be stronger and thicker than many other types of weave.
