Being aware of offering products with a high-quality content, we guarantee all the duvets, quilts, and accessories of our manufacture from a minimum of 2 years up to a lifetime warranty for the exclusive products of the “Jewel” collection.


To be valid, the warranty needs to be activated by filling out the form at the bottom of this page.

What is included in the warranty?


Aware of offering products with a high quality content, we guarantee all the duvets, pillows, quilts and accessories of our manufacture that are labeled SILVER and GOLD for 5 years, while for the products marked with the PLATINUM label we extend the guarantee to 10 years.

The products marked with SILVER label are guaranteed for 2 years, those marked with GOLD label for 5 years, for those marked with PLATINUM label we extend the guarantee up to 10 years, while the exclusive products of JEWEL capsule collection have a lifetime warranty.

What is not included in the warranty?


Defects caused by lack of maintenance, natural wear of the product or improper use are not included.

Consider that using the product for a long period may result in a natural loss of feather/down volume.

Being a completely natural product, on millions of white clusters some may appear slightly darker without this being considered a defect.

In products manufactured with "kassetten" system, the guarantee does not cover the displacement of the padding from one square to another.

The warranty does not cover the sporadic presence of down fibers along the seams as it is to be considered physiological and determined by the normal settling of the internal padding.

The damages caused by the non-observance of the washing and / or drying rules indicated on the care label are also not included.

How to act in case of complaint?


If the product has defects in materials and / or packaging, it will be sufficient to bring the product together with the receipt proving the purchase, upon confirmation of the on-line registration and a description of the defect to the retailer where the purchase has been done.


The retailer will send us the item for a verification of the reported defect and we will proceed to either the repair or replacement.

In case of online purchases, it will be necessary to send an email to servizioclienti@minardicollezioni.it with the description of the defect, attaching a picture of the damaged product, a picture or scan of the payment transaction either through bank transfer or credit card with the date of payment displayed and the confirmation of the on-line registration.
